• Offer multiple membership levels.  Having a tiered membership system allows members to join at different financial and benefit levels.  No one solution will be perfect for everyone, and having some variety will attract more members.
• Offer support.  Technical support, and support surrounding whatever topic or service you are offering to your members, is critical when considering how to keep your members happy.  Think about it, you’ve taken your business elsewhere on many occasions because you didn’t get the service or treatment that you thought you were entitled to.  It’s not too hard to offer red-carpet service as an online membership site!

Remember, your membership website can create huge income with little effort, if you make sure you are keeping the members happy.  Without them, you make nothing—with happy members, the sky’s the limit!
